01Who we are

Stryker Motorsport is responsible for processing personal data as described in this privacy statement.

  • Stryker Motorsport
  • Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number: 70334501
  • VAT number: NL858269910B01
  • Visiting address (workshop): Wattstraat 13, 2723 RA Zoetermeer, the Netherlands
  • Email: info@stryker-motorsport.com

02What data we process

We only process data that you give us yourself:

  • Contact form: your email address (required) and, if you fill them in, your name, phone number, the service you are interested in and your message.
  • Newsletter: your email address.
  • Quotes and assignments: the data we need to prepare a quote or carry out an assignment, such as your name, address, contact details, billing details and details about your car. For rentals we may also ask about your (racing) licence or driving experience if the event organiser requires it.
  • Contact by email or phone: the data you send us yourself.

We do not ask for special categories of personal data, such as health data, and do not need them.

03Why we use this data

  • Answering your question and preparing a quote. Legal basis: taking steps before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to questions.
  • Carrying out an assignment, such as building, maintenance, coaching, circuit support or rental, and communicating with you about it. Legal basis: performance of the contract.
  • Sending invoices and keeping our accounts. Legal basis: legal obligation.
  • Sending the newsletter. Legal basis: your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in the newsletter or by emailing us.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we never sell it to anyone.

04How long we keep data

  • Questions via the contact form or email: up to 12 months after our last contact, unless they lead to an assignment.
  • Customer, quote and invoice data: 7 years, because of the statutory (tax) retention obligation.
  • Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.

05Who we share data with

We only share your data with parties that help us deliver our services, and only as far as necessary:

  • our hosting provider and email provider;
  • the service that processes the forms on this website and the service we use to send the newsletter;
  • our accountant, for our accounts;
  • the organiser of a race or trackday, if this is needed to register you or let you take part.

We sign a data processing agreement with parties that process data on our behalf. If a party is based outside the European Economic Area, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. Otherwise we only disclose data when the law requires us to.

06Cookies and similar technologies

This website does not set cookies and does not use any analytics, tracking or advertising tools. That is why you do not see a cookie banner.

We do store two small functional items in your browser:

  • Your language choice (Dutch or English), so the website remembers it. It stays until you clear it in your browser.
  • A temporary marker for the transition between pages. It disappears when you close the tab.

Our fonts are hosted on our own server. Some scripts for the animations are loaded via jsDelivr. This party receives your IP address, because that is technically needed to send the files to your browser.

07Security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss and unauthorised use. Data you send via the website travels over a secure connection (https). Only people within Stryker Motorsport who need your data for their work have access to it.

08Your rights

You have the right to:

  • access your data;
  • have incorrect data corrected;
  • have your data erased;
  • restrict the processing;
  • object to the processing;
  • receive your data in a common file format (data portability);
  • withdraw consent you have given at any time.

Send your request to info@stryker-motorsport.com. We will respond within one month. To make sure the request comes from you, we may ask you to verify your identity. Data we are legally required to keep, such as invoices, is only erased once the retention period has ended.

09Complaints

Not happy with how we handle your data? Please let us know first so we can look for a solution together. You also always have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) via autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.

10Changes

We may update this privacy statement, for example when our services or the law change. The date at the top shows when the text was last updated.
